Order Cancellations

All orders are processed between 24-48hrs. Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs after transaction is complete. To cancel an order, please send an email to customerservice@itapelobeautysupply.com with receipt or proof of purchase as an attachment. An order cannot be canceled once merchandise has shipped.

 

Returns

Once merchandise is delivered, our clients have 30 days after delivery to return item. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as was received and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to any merchandise that is damaged, not in its original packaging; used or opened items.

Receipt or proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all returns. To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@itapelobeautysupply.com. Receipts or proof of purchase must be attached to all return correspondence.

Shipping Policy

- Clients are responsible for all shipping cost both within continental USA and internationally. This applies to both purchases and returns.

-Shipping fees are paid at time of purchase

-All local orders ship at a flat rate of $15 per order

-All international orders ship at a flat rate of $50 per order

-Free shipping for all orders over $150 within continental USA

 

Refunds 

-Customer will be notified once a returned item is received.

-Once a final decision on a return request is made, the customer will be notified by email.

-A FULL REFUND will be issued on all APPROVED valid returns.
