All orders are processed between 24-48hrs. Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs after transaction is complete. To cancel an order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with receipt or proof of purchase as an attachment. An order cannot be canceled once merchandise has shipped.
Once merchandise is delivered, our clients have 30 days after delivery to return item. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as was received and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to any merchandise that is damaged, not in its original packaging; used or opened items.
Receipt or proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all returns. To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com. Receipts or proof of purchase must be attached to all return correspondence.
